You & I Artistry is made up of a team of six makeup artists and
hairstylists, all with the same passion for creating beautiful,
elevated bridal looks and giving our brides an amazing experience
along the way. The name You & I is at the heart of everything we do.
It's about you and I collaborating to create a look that feels like
you, just elevated. We bring the skill and artistry, you bring your
personality and vision!

Do brides need to have a makeup trial, and what should they actually
be thinking about before they come to one?

Heck yes! Our Bridal Previews are about so much more than just
trialling your hair and makeup. We take the time to get to know you,
your wedding and your vision, because how can we create the perfect
bridal look if we don't know you?! Think about how you look when you
feel your best.

Quick fire:
Glowy or matte - Both! Glow on the cheeks, matte in the centre (so it
lasts the whole day).
Lip or eye - Eye!
Lashes or no lashes - Lash clusters!
Natural or glam - Which ever feels most like you
Hair first or makeup first - Depends (there are so many variables!)
Individual bridesmaid looks or everyone matching - Individual

THE WEDDING MORNING

You've worked at Tarureka before, is there anything you particularly
love about getting brides ready here?

There's room for everyone to be together whilst you're getting
ready, but it still feels relaxed and special, which is exactly how
you want your wedding morning to feel. It's a beautiful place to
start the day!

What do you love most about being part of a wedding morning?

The energy! The excitement, the laughs. It's such a fun part of the
day to be part of.
